Our vision is to empower every learner to develop the knowledge, skills, and empathy needed to make a positive difference in people’s lives. Through the Pearson BTEC Tech Award in Health and Social Care, we aim to inspire confident, compassionate, and work-ready young people who understand the importance of dignity, respect, and high‑quality care in our communities. We are committed to nurturing reflective, resilient learners who can thrive in further study and future careers across the health, wellbeing, and social care sectors. 
We are committed to guiding learners towards meaningful pathways for future study and employment—supporting progression into further education, apprenticeships, and careers across the NHS, social care, childcare, public health, and wider care sectors. Our ambition is for students to leave Key Stage 4 equipped with the foundations, motivation, and confidence to thrive in a growing and essential field dedicated to supporting others
